Very stressful and scary day here. I was getting out my pain meds to take and dropped one of them. Jenna, who is faster than Austin at picking things up for me, had it grabbed before I could say "leave it". She then tried to give it to me and in the process of jumping up to me inadvertently swallowed it. Thank God for the ASPCA Poison Hotline. They checked and found out that it would have not lasting harmful effect and told me what to do to make her throw up. So far it hasn't even made her drowsy, though I'm keeping an eagle eye on her. Don't even want to think what I'd do without her smiling face.
